E. Marinella is committed to your complete satisfaction; if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return any unworn item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our Returns Portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original E. Marinella gift box and shipping carton, ensuring all tags and seals remain intact and attached.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier; once our Neapolitan atelier inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
